I need help with an order

Before reaching out, please take a moment to review our FAQ page for commonly asked questions. If your question was not answered there, please reach out to helpmegannco@gmail.com for any questions or concerns regarding your order.

To speed up the process, please include your name and order number in your email. You should receive a response within 24 hours. Please note that emails sent over the weekend will be responded to the following Monday.

I put the incorrect address

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please email helpmegannco@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. Be sure to include your order number and the correct shipping address, and we’ll update it on our end if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to change the address. Once the package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order to the correct address.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days. Since all apparel is made to order, processing times may vary during peak seasons and high order volume. Please allow up to 2 weeks before reaching out about your order. We try to get items out as soon as possible, but as a reminder, we are a small business. Thank you for your patience and support!

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders cannot be directly changed or canceled once they have been placed. If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible with your order number, and we’ll handle it from our end.

We’re happy to modify or cancel an order as long as it has not yet been marked as shipped. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Can I return items?

At this time, only apparel is eligible for returns. Accessories, digital courses, and sale items are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with any non-returnable item, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.

For a smooth return process, please make sure that all apparel is in its original condition, with the tags still attached, and has not been worn. To start the return process, please create a customer account and log in. From there, you can request a return. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

My order shipped, but tracking isn't updated

Sometimes USPS does not scan packages at every step, which means tracking updates may be delayed or appear stalled. Although rare, some packages are delivered without showing any movement on USPS tracking at all.

Unfortunately, we’re only able to see the same tracking information that you can on the USPS website. If your package has not been delivered within 10 days after it was marked as shipped, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.

My order was never delivered

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If you believe your package was lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend filing a claim directly with USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States due to international shipping costs, customs fees, and additional delivery complexities. This allows us to keep shipping reliably and affordably for our customers.

We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Do you offer custom or personalized items?

At this time, we do not offer custom or personalized artwork or designs. Our shop stays very busy creating, producing, and fulfilling orders using our pre-drawn, hand-illustrated designs! What we currently offer is exactly what is listed in the shop, including available designs, colorways, and apparel brands.

Apparel Sizing & Care

Need help with sizing?

Each product listing includes a size chart within the listing photos. Please refer to this chart for the most accurate sizing before placing your order!

All shirts are unisex, so they may run slightly larger than a typical women’s fit. Sizing is generally true to size, so for a standard fit, we recommend sticking with your usual size. If you’re looking for an oversized look, we suggest sizing up 1–2 sizes.

Will my shirt shrink after washing?

Most of our apparel is pre-shrunk, but like all cotton garments, some minimal shrinkage can occur if it's not washed properly! To keep your shirt fitting its best, we recommend washing in cold water, inside out, and tumble drying on low or hanging to dry when possible.

What print method is used for your designs?

Creating high-quality apparel is extremely important to us. All shirts and crewnecks are hand-pressed in the office to make sure each item comes out looking its best!

For our doodle designs, we use high-quality screen print transfers to apply each design. For our teddy bear shirts and crewnecks, we use a process called sublimation, which creates a seamless feel on the fabric with absolutely no risk of peeling or cracking.

I want help starting my own business

I truly love helping others and teaching what I’ve learned along the way. However, with the day-to-day demands of running a small business, my time is limited.

Because of this, I offer a variety of digital courses and downloadable resources designed to help guide you through different aspects of starting and growing your own business. These resources are available to download anytime!

You can also follow Meg Ann Co. on Instagram and TikTok, where I regularly share small business tips, behind-the-scenes content, and helpful tricks for fellow entrepreneurs.

I didn’t receive my digital file

Digital files are sent to the email address provided at checkout. In some cases, when paying with services like Apple Pay or Shop Pay, the email address attached to your account may be an older or different email than expected.

If you did not receive your digital file, please reach out with your order number and the correct email address, and we’ll be happy to forward your digital files to the correct email.

I can’t open my digital files

Due to large file sizes and multiple files included in each download, our digital products are delivered as ZIP files. ZIP files cannot be opened directly on an iPhone.

Please use a desktop or laptop computer to download, open, and view your files. If you continue to have trouble accessing your files, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I buy just the PNG file of your designs?

All designs printed on apparel in our shop are exclusive to Meg Ann Co. Every design is hand-drawn, and these illustrations are what make our brand unique. We want to keep that originality and creativity as a special part of Meg Ann Co.!

While we do offer downloadable PNG files and other digital products, the designs used on our shirts are not for sale as standalone files.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Can I order wholesale?

Yes! We would love for you to carry Meg Ann Co. in your brick-and-mortar shop or online store. Wholesale orders can be placed through our Faire website.

Do you offer discounts if ordered in bulk?

Yes! If you’re looking to order 10 or more shirts for your staff, friends, or unit, you will qualify for our wholesale discount. The 10-shirt minimum can include any design, any color, and any size. It simply needs to total 10 shirts. If you’re interested in placing a larger order, please email helpmegannco@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to create a custom invoice with the wholesale discount applied.
