For a smooth return process, please make sure that all apparel is in its original condition, with the tags still attached, and has not been worn. To start the return process, please create a customer account and log in. From here, you can request a return. Additionally, kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Due to the nature of the online digital courses, and sale items these are non-refundable. 

Orders are typically shipped within 3–7 business days. Since all apparel is made to order, processing times may vary during peak seasons and high order volume.
