For a smooth return process, please make sure that all apparel is in its original condition, with the tags still attached, and has not been worn. To start the return process, please create a customer account and log in. From here, you can request a return. Additionally, kindly note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Due to the nature of the online digital courses, and sale items these are non-refundable. 

Upon placing an order, please allow 1-5 business days for your items to ship. This period allows us to carefully handle each order, ensuring that your products are in optimal condition before they embark on their journey to your doorstep!
